We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We also store the property listings, photos, availability blocks, and booking records you and other members enter into the service. Browser session identifiers are stored in cookies to keep you signed in.
Your data is used solely to operate this service: to authenticate you, show you properties you have been invited to, and manage stay requests and bookings. We send transactional emails (sign-in links and booking notifications). We do not send marketing email.
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers in the United States. Only members who have been personally invited to a property can see that property's data.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use this site. Google Analytics collects usage data including pages visited and key interactions. We do not send personal identifiers to Google Analytics. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy.
We use session cookies for authentication. We also use Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions for analytics purposes. These cookies do not contain personal information.
